1. A detailed survey will be conducted before deploying the manpower at site and based on the survey details a combination of male and female manpower will be recruited to meet exact requirement of the client.
2. For Health care industry and other Industries a different kind of manpower will be recruited in a mix of trained and untrained manpower.
3. Before deployment of the manpower at site proper grooming, soft skills and training will be given by our field officer/ training manager.
4. All employees who are deployed at site will be toughly recruited with a process of checking and verification from our end.
5. Employee motivation will be conducted monthly by rewarding them Best Employee award with some CASH Prize.
